TOUR TO THE MONASTERY OF RILA (UNESCO)

9:00 Departure from Sofia.
11:00 Arrival at the Monastery of Rila (World Heritage Sitage) and visit to the largest and most important religious complex in Bulgaria and the Balkan Countries. Our guide will introduce you to the millennial history of the monastery, will show you the splendid frescoes, work of the Samokov School and the iconographer Zafari Zograf. You can also visit the Museum, rich in religious objects, in which perhaps the most precious object is the wooden Corse, carved by the monk Raffaele.

2:30 PM Departure for Sofia.
